Trent will be sharing his years of experience with a presentation on the magical elixir that we love so much: fresh-roasted coffee! To include: coffee's humble origins, processing/ harvesting of the beans, differences in coffee varietals as well as popular brew methods. Chef Kathy will be cooking a coffee-themed meal.
